For the past three years, being named Muncie’s Quest for the Best winner in Behavioral/Mental Health Treatment has meant more than we can put into words. It’s been a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Each year, this recognition has served as a symbol of trust, connection, and shared purpose between our team at Behavior Associates of Indiana and the families we’re honored to serve.
This award is also a testament to the people who make BAI what it is: our incredible staff.
Our team is truly the heart of our organization. From our RBTs and BCBAs to our admin and support staff, every person at BAI shows up with dedication, compassion, and a shared mission to enhance lives. They celebrate every win, support every challenge, and work tirelessly to ensure each client receives the highest level of care. Their commitment is the reason we’ve earned this recognition—and it’s their passion that drives us to keep growing and improving.
Winning Quest for the Best isn’t just about holding a title. It’s about showing up for our community—consistently, compassionately, and with the highest standards of care. It reflects the countless moments of progress, big and small, that we celebrate with our clients. It reflects the deep dedication of our team. And most importantly, it reflects the continued support of a community that believes in our mission.
A fourth win this year would be just as meaningful as the first. It would reaffirm that the relationships we’ve built, the quality we strive for, and the impact we make are felt and appreciated. It would encourage us to keep pushing forward—to do more, to be better, and to never lose sight of why we’re here.
We are incredibly grateful to be part of a community that lifts each other up. Serving Muncie and East Central Indiana is a responsibility we don’t take lightly—it’s a privilege we are proud to uphold.
